100% pure brewer’s yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. Carlsbergensis) in its native liquid state, produced by fermentation of the wort of malt extract. In addition to important amino acids, they also contain hop acids (humulone bitter acids and lupulone ß-bitter acids).
